1: Initial Consultation

We can communicate on the phone or in person to discuss what is needed for your project and what your project will entail (ie Flash, HTML, Digital Art etc.).

2: Quote

We will give you a quote either on the spot or get back to you. All quotes are free. At Closet Labs we charge our clients by flat rate rather then an hourly rate. We believe that a flat rate saves clients money.

3: Contract and Inital Payment

To start the project we will go over a simple contract that needs to be signed. At this time 50% of the total quote is due. We accept payment via PayPal, check, or cash.

4: Design Concept

The design concept will be an inital design that will give you the feel for what the rest of your project will look like. At this time you can give feedback and we can make any changes you deem nessesary.

5: Client Multimedia and Information

To contiune your project we ask that you provide us with any multimedia and/or data that you would like included. This includes images, videos, sound, text and page information etc. Be aware that any delay in this step can delay your project.

6: Designing Your Project

This step in the design process will take your project to near completion. When this step is done we will contact you to discuss your project. If there are any changes that you want we will make them at this time.

7: Finishing Touches

At this time we will make any changes that you ask for and polish up your project.

8: Final Review

You can take a final look at your project and make sure that everything is to your satisfaction.

9: Final Payment

Before the completed project is handed over to you we require the rest of the agreed payment.

10: Enjoy Your Project

Your project is now complete and it is yours to enjoy.

11: Maintenance/Future Works

Cost to be determined by work requested.
